Responsibilities:

  • Help customers with questions about insurance and specifics of their policies
  • Inform clients about our products and make sure they are aware of their choices
  • Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.
  • Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time
  • High school diploma
